Now is the Best Time to Enrol for IEMA Courses

Some important changes to IEMA courses are on the way. The Associate Certificate in Environmental Management is set to be phased out and the IEMA Foundation Certificate will no longer continue in its present form.

The Associate Certificate will no longer be taught after 30 June 2017. Anyone wishing to complete this course is advised to do so as soon as possible in order to take advantage of gaining a higher grade of membership within IEMA.

Between 13 June 2016 and 1 January 2017, learners will automatically become IEMA Practitioner members rather than IEMA Associate members upon successful completion of the course and assessment.

Between 1 January 2017 and 30 June 2017, learners who successfully complete the course and assessment will become IEMA Associate members but entitled to a fast track to Practitioner membership (through completion and submission of the Assessment of Competence).

For the Foundation Course, learners that have successfully completed the Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management course within the last 3 years can contact IEMA to join as an IEMA Associate member until the 31 December 2016 without taking any further assessments (membership fees will be applicable).

Santia makes both of these courses available via eLearning, which means that they can be completed whenever it is convenient for the learner, and within the time limits above. Click here for further details of our best in class eLearning system.

Book now or make an enquiry here.

The changes to the courses have been made so that they align with the IEMA membership structure.
